How do you sign up as a partner VTC operator?
You send the application with your authorisation details, provide the documents that expire —authorisation, insurance, roadworthiness test and registration—, open the payment account and sign the agreement. From then on jobs arrive with the time and price already fixed, and you accept or decline them one by one. No exclusivity, no fees.

What paperwork is needed?
A current VTC authorisation in the name of whoever is joining, the vehicle's registration and technical sheet, a valid roadworthiness test, insurance covering passengers and the tax details for invoicing. Nothing you do not already hold if you are operating.
Documents are stored with their expiry dates because they join the same expiry watch as our own vehicles: you are warned before they lapse and, if one does, jobs stop arriving. That is inconvenient for a day and prevents the real problem, which is running a service on expired insurance.
How do you get paid, and what does the platform keep?
The customer pays by card when booking and the money lands in your own Stripe Connect account, not ours: the commission —the published 8%— is split out in the same charge. From there it reaches your bank in about 2 days. There is no intermediate step where the money sits in a common pot waiting for someone to transfer it to you.
Each period you receive the settlement with the detail of jobs, amounts, commission withheld and net, plus our commission invoice issued automatically, numbered and with VAT. Your accountant receives documents, not screenshots. There is no joining fee and no monthly fee: in a month with no work, you pay nothing.
What changes day to day?
Jobs arrive in the portal and in the app with pickup, destination, time and a closed price, and a countdown to accept them. The price is neither negotiated nor auctioned: it was set beforehand and the customer chose with it in front of them. If whoever accepted cannot make it, the customer pays no more and the difference comes out of our commission.
The trip sheet is issued and filed before every service, so that part of the paperwork stops being yours. What does not change is who provides the service: each operator does so under their own authorisation and invoices in their own name.
Frequently asked questions
Is there exclusivity or a minimum term?
No. You keep your own customers, your other channels and your own prices where you set them. The agreement can be ended whenever you want; what you cannot do is accept a job and not run it.
How long until the first job?
As long as the paperwork and the payment account verification take, which is a Stripe process rather than ours. Once both are complete, offers can start arriving. No date is promised here because it depends on two third parties.
How many jobs arrive per month?
No number is promised, here or on the call: it depends on the real demand in your area and on the hours you cover. What can be shown before you sign anything is what actually happened last month in your town and in your time slot.
A summary of the published conditions, not a contract. The binding ones are those of the signed agreement, where each partner's commission is agreed.
