How does a taxi licence get bookings away from the rank?
From two places. Trips inside your own municipality —starting and ending in the same town— are exactly what a VTC authorisation cannot run in Castilla-La Mancha: when someone asks for one, it can only be accepted if there is a taxi licence behind it. And pre-booked intercity transfers, with a fixed time and price, which is what the rank does not give you.

Why do trips inside your town come to you?
Because it is not a commercial preference: it is the rule. A VTC authorisation covers intercity transport, and urban service belongs to taxis unless the region expressly says otherwise. Castilla-La Mancha has not, so an internal trip needs a taxi licence for that municipality.
And it is written that way in the code, not only in a brochure: when a customer asks for a trip that starts and ends in the same municipality, the platform only accepts it if there is a licence covering it there. No setting in the back office lifts that floor. For whoever holds the licence, it means those requests have nowhere else to go.
The fare for those services is the one in your local ordinance, in full and with its surcharges. No discounts or platform prices are applied on top of a price your town hall sets: doing so would breach the ordinance with an amount we had charged ourselves.
And intercity transfers?
These are the ones that arrive days in advance: airport, stations, medical appointments in Madrid, companies. The customer sees a closed price before accepting, and you see the whole job —time, pickup, destination and amount— before saying yes. You accept or decline one by one, with no penalty for declining.
For intercity work you set the price if you want: either you declare your own tariff or you adopt ours, and that changes what is withheld. You choose from your portal and can change it whenever you like. What never happens is someone undercutting a price to grab a job: prices are set beforehand and the customer chooses among them.
What is charged, when, and what is not promised
The customer pays by card when booking, so you chase nobody. The amount lands in your own Stripe Connect account with the published commission —8%— already split out, and reaches your bank in about 2 days with a detailed settlement and the commission invoice with VAT. There is no joining or monthly fee.
No volume is promised. This is a small operator with its own fleet, and what reaches you depends on the real demand in your area, which we look at together before anything is signed. Nor is there exclusivity: you stay at your rank, with your radio circuit and your own customers, and this is one more channel to use when it suits you.
Frequently asked questions
Will you cut my urban fare?
No, and that is not a concession: inside your municipality your local ordinance governs and nothing else may be charged. The system does not accept a custom price on an internal trip subject to a regulated fare.
Do I have to leave the rank or my radio circuit?
No. There is no exclusivity, no minimum term and no fee: in a month where you take no jobs, you pay nothing. You accept whatever fits the shift you already work.
How many bookings will you pass me?
No number is promised. What is shown before signing is what there is: how many services had to be turned down in your town for lack of anyone to run them, and in which time slots. If that number is small, we say it is small.
