Why is the return the problem?
Because the whole park leaves at once. When the night show finishes, thousands of people look for a way out within the same half hour, and that empties any available transport option in minutes. It is not a frequency problem: it is a peak.
If you are travelling with children — and half the audience is — that peak coincides with the time they are most tired. Having the return booked and the car waiting changes the evening considerably.
What are the options?
There are bus services from Toledo on some dates, and entry-plus-transport packages sold by agencies and activity platforms; check the timetable for your specific date, because they do not run on every opening day and the last return may not match the end of the night show.
The other option is a car with a driver: you book both ways with an approximate finishing time, pay no waiting, and if the show runs long the pickup is adjusted. For a group of four or five it works out better than several cars, and nobody has to drive at night after a full day on their feet.
Where can you travel from?
